Responsibilities. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance. Proficiency in using CRM software. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Connecting with customers on calls as and when required. Experience 1-2 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role Familiarity with Ecommerce industry is a plus. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation. Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
