• HR Operations: Onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, letter issuance, and policy implementation support
• Payroll & Compliance: Salary processing, statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and full & final settlements
• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end hiring – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer roll-out, and onboarding
• Administration: Vendor coordination, office supplies, travel, logistics, and infrastructure support
• Employee Engagement & Support: Handling queries, grievance redressal, MIS reports, HR dashboards, and engagement activities.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll, and hiring
• Strong knowledge of compliance and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and HR tools (Keka/GreytHR/Zoho or similar)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and people-first approach
