HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance data.
  • Handle

    PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law

    & statutory compliance.
  • Maintain employee files, onboarding & exit documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of government returns and compliance reports.
  • Managing HR related queries and maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Coordinate with Accounts and Management for HR related processes & reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliance (PF/ESI mandatory).
  • Good understanding of HR operations and labour regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRMS software (added advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
