HR Executive

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment and onboarding

  for various departments.
• Maintain and update

  employee attendance, leave records, and HR files

• Support

  payroll processing

• Plan and execute

  employee engagement, appraisal, and retention initiatives

• Handle day-to-day

  HR operations

  and coordinate with management.
• Draft and maintain

  HR letters, circulars, and internal communications

• Ensure the workplace adheres to

  company policies and statutory norms

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
• 1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and HRMS tools

• Must be

  available to work on-site at our Trivandrum office
