Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and engaging influencers across various platforms, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships with both existing and new influencers. You will be responsible for securing partnerships through barter or paid collaborations, managing negotiations, and formal agreements. Monitoring and responding to direct messages on our brand page to identify potential collaborations will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will connect with loyal customers to gather authentic brand testimonials and maintain a well-organized database of influencers and collaborations. Serving as the primary point of contact for influencers, you will handle queries, manage budgets, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Staying abreast of influencer trends, emerging content creators, and platforms will also be essential. Defining performance metrics, evaluating campaign success, and adjusting strategies accordingly will be part of your routine tasks. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to enhance influencer outreach and effectiveness will be crucial. Your participation in relevant events to expand the network and support business objectives will be highly valued. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing. A strong grasp of influencer dynamics across social media platforms is essential, along with outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your ability to make data-driven decisions, creativity in problem-solving, and awareness of industry trends will set you apart. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and disclosure guidelines will be beneficial for this position.
