Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Project Manager (Influencer Marketing) located in Mumbai. The Sr. Project Manager will oversee influencer marketing projects, manage project timelines, liaise with influencers, and coordinate with internal teams. Tasks include budgeting, developing marketing strategies, organizing and communicating project details, and ensuring successful project execution. Qualifications Strong Communication and Organization Skills Expertise in Project Management, including timeline management and team coordination Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning for projects Experience in Marketing, particularly in influencer and digital marketing strategies Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the youth media industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities: Channel Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day management of the @weareyuvaa YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual and content identity. Leverage YouTube’s features (playlists, end screens, cards, community posts, etc.) to maximize audience engagement and retention. Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase watch time, views, and engagement. Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to ensure timely publishing and alignment with the channel’s growth objectives. Platform Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional channel by following platform best practices and guidelines. Monitor copyright, monetization, and community guidelines to avoid strikes and ensure compliance. Analytics & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights to optimize channel performance. Utilize data to inform content decisions and refine strategies for growth. Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the community through comments, polls, and other interactive features. Foster a sense of belonging and build relationships with subscribers to enhance loyalty. Requirements: Experience: 3-4 years of experience managing and growing YouTube channels, ideally with a track record of scaling audiences. Location: You will be required to work out of our office in Mumbai Skills: In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics), and video publishing workflows. Strong understanding of audience behavior, trends, and platform best practices. Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Why Join Us?
