Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Draft and post on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through
networking, referrals, and job portals
.Maintain and update
employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems
.
Handle
payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
.
Assist in drafting and implementing
HR policies and procedures
.
Coordinate with employees for
grievance handling and HR-related queries
.
Support
performance management processes
, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
1–3 years of experience
in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong understanding of
end-to-end recruitment processes
.
Knowledge of
HR policies, payroll basics, and statutory compliance
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and HRMS tools
.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Good to Have

Experience in
payroll processing and compliance management
.
Exposure to
HR analytics and reporting tools
.
Knowledge of
employee engagement practices
.
