Role Overview

HR Executive


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:  

 - Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, technical, and operational roles.  

 - Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks.  

 - Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and onboard new hires.  

HR Operations:

 - Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, databases) and ensure HRIS accuracy.  

 - Oversee payroll coordination with finance and manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT).  

Employee Engagement:

 - Organize initiatives to boost morale (team-building, wellness programs, feedback surveys).  

 - Address employee queries and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.  

Performance Management:

 - Assist in implementing appraisal systems, track KPIs, and support goal-setting cycles.  

Training & Development:

 - Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions for career growth.  

Compliance & Policies:

 - Update HR policies per labor laws and ensure adherence across teams.  

Requirements

Education: MBA/Postgraduate in HR or related field.  

Experience: 2–5 years in HR, preferably in creative/design/startup environments.  

Skills:

 - Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office.  

 - Knowledge of labor laws (Payroll, PF, ESI, Gratuity).  

 - Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.  

 - Adaptable to hybrid work (2–3 days/week in office).  

- Traits: Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a passion for people.
