What We’re Looking For We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team at DappLooker. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee experience. Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. • Oversee employee engagement, performance reviews, and career development programs. • Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate employee records. • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs. • Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers and employees. • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. • Organize team-building activities and foster a positive work culture. • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and feedback. What We Expect 2+ years of experience in an HR role in a Fintech, Blockchain, Web3, or tech startup. Proven success in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Mission-driven and self-motivated. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing company culture and employee satisfaction. Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Startup experience and enthusiasm for working in a growing tech environment.
