What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team at DappLooker. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

• Oversee employee engagement, performance reviews, and career development programs.

• Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate employee records.

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.

• Handle conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers and employees.

• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

• Organize team-building activities and foster a positive work culture.

• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and feedback.

What We Expect

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role in a Fintech, Blockchain, Web3, or tech startup.
• Proven success in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Mission-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing company culture and employee satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup experience and enthusiasm for working in a growing tech environment.
