We’re looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and communicative product marketer to
spearhead user research, develop detailed user personas, and drive the go-to-market
strategy for the DappLooker/Loky Web App and X agent.
This individual will work closely with our product team and BD team to
bring new products to market, lead user and competitor research, and deliver creative,
impactful, and relevant marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strong understanding of web3 marketing strategies,
exceptional writing skills, experience with product positioning, user segmentation, and the
ability to drive on creative messaging. This role is responsible for collaborating cross-
functionally to ensure that each feature update and launch is moving the needle for

Product Strategy:
• Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives and value
propositions for our consumer apps that differentiates our users’ experience. Drive
messaging consistency across all channels and iterate based on user feedback and
data.
• Roadmap Prioritization: Work closely with the Product team to prioritize features
and enhancements on the product roadmap, ensuring feedback is effectively
communicated to product, design, and engineering teams with clarity and
credibility.
• Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing and go-to-market
strategies for large product upgrades and releases. Define target audience,
positioning and messaging, rooted in clear objectives and insights.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Implement GTM plans by partnering cross-functionally to
launch new features and programs across various channels, driving product
adoption and increasing brand sentiment.
• Collaboration with Channel Owners: Partner with channel owners to develop and
implement acquisition and retention strategies that align with the high level strategy
for each release.
Research & Analysis:
• User Research: Lead planning and conduct both qualitative and quantitative
research initiatives to develop and continuously refine detailed DappLooker/Loky
bussiness and retail user personas.
• User Segmentation: Research to gain deep insights into user segments, monitoring
and influencing user behavior and product usage through comprehensive analytics.
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitor Socials Analytics and research
competitive products, value propositions, and market positioning, generating
weekly reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Obsessed with crypto, DeFi, and Web3 as transformative opportunities, with
personal or professional experience in Brand Building, engaging with KOLs,
podcasters, and other agencies.
• Ability to lead through influence, develop strong relationships with technical teams,
and drive alignment across teams.
• Incredibly clear written communication and desire to document everything.
• Very organized, able to stay on top of several moving projects at once.
The Growth Marketing team within DappLooker excels in their collaboration and
communication of DappLooker to ecosystem stakeholders, contributors, and the web3
community. The team partners closely with both internal and external stakeholders around
efforts to grow the reach of The Graph ecosystem. Focus areas include, but are not limited
to, event promotion, content writing, collaboration with core developer teams and
contributors, go-to-market activities, community communications, and more.
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to drive marketing and content initiatives
across DappLooker ecosystem. This person will support multiple projects and workflows
between the DappLooker, UniLink Protocol & The Graph India, including, but not limited to,
content creation, social media, community engagement, and growth initiatives. The role
requires a sound understanding of web3 and DappLooker technology, and this person
should ideally have previous experience working within a web3/blockchain ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Brainstorm and develop creative campaigns and
initiatives in collaboration with various team members and ecosystem contributors.
• Support Go-to-Market and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of go-
to-market strategies for campaigns and initiatives.
• Promote Events and Activities: Aid in promoting events, webinars, and other
activities to increase community engagement and participation.
• Content Writing: Lead and support content writing efforts, such as blogs or social
posts, for various channels, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
• Communications: Lead and support internal and external communications, such
as content for cross-team and cross-functions, partnerships and community
• Assist the Team: Support the marketing and growth team members in executing
mission-critical activities.
• Review Content/Copy: Ensure all content and copy are accurate, on-brand, and
engaging.
• Compile and Write Newsletter: Write and compile newsletters to keep
stakeholders informed about the latest developments within the DappLooker
ecosystem.
• Track Metrics Across Campaigns: Work to support monitoring and analyzing the
performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and inform future
strategies.
• 1-5 years of Experience in marketing, content creation, or growth roles, preferably
within the tech or web3 industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Excellent Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to create compelling and error-free
content.
• Understanding of Blockchain Technology and DappLooker: Sufficient knowledge to
effectively communicate and engage with the community.
• Content Calendar Management: Experience in building and managing a content
calendar or workflow.
• Strong Interpersonal/Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working under shifting deadlines and managing multiple
priorities.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and support team efforts.
