Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Own

  WhatsApp marketing & CRM

  : broadcasts, follow-ups, lead conversion
• Support

  offline events, pop-ups & community meetups

• Convert leads into

  home trials & purchases

• Assist with

  performance marketing execution & growth experiments

• Work closely with founders on launches, offers & campaigns
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4 years experience in

  D2C / jewellery / fashion / retail

• Comfortable with

  on-ground execution & customer interaction

• Hands-on with

  WhatsApp marketing, lead management, CRM tools

• High ownership mindset - you like getting things done, not waiting for instructions
• Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Ability to independently create simple creatives using Canva for WhatsApp, social, and offline activations
