Salary : 3.5 L - 4L PA CTC Position Title : HR Executive - Factory Location : Samlaya, Vadodara Employment Type : Full-Time Role Overview As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions of the factory. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, hygiene and safety audits, and fostering a positive work environment. You will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the company’s policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Onboarding Assist in the recruitment process for factory staff, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and orientation to the workplace. Maintain an updated database of employee records, contracts, and credentials. 2. Employee Engagement Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events, celebrations, and welfare programs. Address employee grievances promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting team spirit and collaboration. 3. Compliance and Statutory Requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory-related statutory regulations. Maintain records related to attendance, leave, overtime, and other workforce-related data. Coordinate with external agencies for audits and inspections, if required. 4. Payroll and Benefits Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and overtime data. Provide support in handling employee benefits such as ESI, PF, and other entitlements. 5. Hygiene, Safety, and Internal Audits Conduct regular internal audits of hygiene and safety standards within the factory premises. Collaborate with the safety and operations team to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Promote health and safety policies and ensure adherence to company standards. Organize periodic safety drills and awareness programs in coordination with the safety team. 6. Training and Development Help identify training needs for factory employees and coordinate training sessions. Support initiatives for skill development and employee upskilling. 7. Health, Safety, and Welfare Oversee the maintenance of amenities like canteens, restrooms, and recreational areas. Organize welfare programs and initiatives to support employee well-being. 8. General Administration Support general administrative activities, including document management and reporting. Liaise with the factory management team for any HR-related support or requirements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of labor laws and factory regulations is a plus. Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols in industrial settings is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
