Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven Human Resources Executive to manage and enhance our company’s human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and supporting a vibrant and collaborative work culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, offer roll-outs. • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires. • Maintain and update employee records and databases. 2. HR Operations • Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance management, leave management, and employee queries. • Maintain HR documentation including policies, processes, and employee handbooks. • Assist in payroll coordination with the finance team. 3. Employee Engagement • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, rewards, and recognition programs. • Conduct employee feedback surveys and drive initiatives for a positive workplace environment. 4. Compliance and Policy Management • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Maintain records for audits and internal policy compliance. 5. Training and Development • Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs. • Organize learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills. 6. Performance Management • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. • Facilitate goal setting, feedback, and performance review processes. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/MBA in Human Resources preferred). • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role. • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. • Familiarity with HRMS software is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work Schedule: • Monday to Friday (Full-time, In-Office)
