Employee Recruitment and Selection: Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with the organization's culture and job requirements.

Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.

Legal Compliance and HR Regulations: Well-versed in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's adherence to them.

Compensation and Benefits: Designing competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent in the automotive industry. Communication Skills: Effective communication with employees at all levels, including the ability to convey HR policies and procedures clearly.

Qualification : Any Graduate with very good Communication and Computer Skills.

Preferred : MBA - Specialisation in HR

Experience : 2 to 5 years in a Generalist role.
