Human Resources Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Additionally, you will maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. You will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Managing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will address employee queries and strive to maintain a healthy work environment. Coordinating performance reviews, training, and development activities will be crucial in enhancing employee growth. Ensuring compliance with company rules, regulations, and labor laws is vital to maintain a harmonious work environment.
