We are headquartered in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat and Email Support Specialist located in the Bavdhan - Pune. The Chat and Email Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email support, addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role involves collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and contributing to the development of support resources. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills and Phone Etiquette Graduate from any stream. Administrative Assistances and Clerical skills Executive Administrative Assistance and Computer literacy Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred Must have: Excellent Communication skills and Phone Etiquette Should be able to work from office - 6 days a week. Compensation: 15K - 20K
