Job Responsibility :-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bavdhan - Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, organizing training programs, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Employee Relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
