Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Panchkula. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing various HR management functions, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Employee Relations experience Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
