Human Resources Executive

We’re Hiring | Human Resources Executive – Esthera Co.

Esthera Co. — a growing name in luxury and premium fashion — is expanding its core team.
We’re looking for a Human Resources Executive who can bring structure, energy, and people-first thinking to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across creative, technical, and management roles.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee records.
• Ensure HR compliance, policies, and legal documentation.
• Build a positive and inspiring work culture aligned with Esthera Co.’s values.
• Partner with leadership to support team growth and performance.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in fashion, retail, or creative industry).
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRMS tools, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced creative environment.
