Role Overview We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our presence across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms . The role requires strong skills in catalog management, listing optimization, inventory oversight, and sales analysis . As a core member of our early team, you will play a direct role in building and scaling our e-commerce operations . Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other merchant platforms . Ensure product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) meets SEO and marketplace guidelines. Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive. Catalog & Inventory Management Manage product catalogs with accuracy across multiple channels. Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock/overstock issues. Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment. Performance Monitoring & Growth Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement. Run basic ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads/Flipkart Ads) and monitor ROI. Support in promotional campaigns, festive launches, and seasonal offers. Customer Experience & Compliance Ensure high product visibility and positive customer experience. Monitor reviews, ratings, and respond to queries in coordination with customer support. Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management (Amazon/Flipkart mandatory). Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing optimization, and e-commerce analytics. Basic understanding of Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads is a plus. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & data analysis. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
