About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, training, placement, and employee engagement at Dcodetech IT Industrial Training Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, coordinate with educational institutions, and ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Handle 

  end-to-end recruitment

  , on-boarding, and exit formalities.
• ✅ Maintain .
• ✅ Conduct 

  orientation, training, and performance appraisals

  .
• ✅ Manage 

  pay structures, employee benefits, and compliance

  .
• ✅ Coordinate 

  student placements, internships, and campus drives

  .
• ✅ Conduct 

  soft skill and interview preparation sessions

  .
• ✅ Liaise with 

  colleges and companies

   for tie-ups and recruitment drives.
• ✅ Promote a positive workplace culture through effective 

  employee engagement

  .

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (Any Graduates) Freshers with good HR Skills and Certifications can Apply.
• 1 + Year Experience in HR Recruitment is Plus.

• Preferable

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

  HR / MBA in HR/ PGDM-HR

• Strong 

  communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Proficiency in 

  MS Office

   and HR-related software is Plus.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
