Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. The role involves collaborating with management to support organizational goals, handling employee queries and grievances, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the cleanroom infrastructure and HVAC industry is a plus
