Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Estimation located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager - Estimation will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring timely project execution. The role includes coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, and collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and managing project budgets
• Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and quotations
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in cleanroom and HVAC systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food processing sectors is beneficial
