Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist in training & development programmes.
• Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduates or Postgraduates who have studied Human Resources as part of their course.
• Based in Cochin, Kerala.
• Only freshers with a strong passion for a career in Human Resources are eligible to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
