Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Jaipur. As a Human Resources Executive, you will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure all human resource practices comply with organizational standards. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting team management activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and a solid understanding of HR Management principles
• Experience in overseeing HR Operations, including hiring, onboarding, and workforce management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and the ability to address employee concerns effectively
• Knowledge of HR Policies and expertise in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in an HR role, especially in a dynamic, growth-focused company, is a plus
