Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive - Recruitment

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 2+ years in Recruitment

Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


1.Talent Acquisition:


Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.


2.Candidate Screening & Interviewing:


Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.


3.Onboarding:


Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.


4.Employer Branding:


Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media and job fairs.

Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources.


5.HR Operations:


Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HRIS system.

Assist with other HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, and training, as needed.


6.Compliance:


Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Key Skills:


∙Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

∙Proficiency in using recruitment software and HRIS systems.

∙Knowledge of labour laws and compliance in recruitment.


Qualifications:

∙Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

∙3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.

∙Familiarity with the Bhiwandi location and local job market is a plus.
