Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor

This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial success of our projects while working in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Planning & Control:

  Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with project and contractual requirements.

• Quantity Auditing:

  Conduct detailed verification and auditing of quantities, BOQs, and cost statements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.

• Valuation & Billing:

  Prepare interim valuations, verify subcontractor claims, and certify contractor bills based on project progress.

• Tendering & Contracts:

  Support the preparation of tender documents, BOQs, and cost analyses, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  Maintain precise cost records, prepare financial reports, and provide recommendations to management for cost control.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve discrepancies related to quantities and valuations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Skills in Cost Reporting and cost analysis
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant certifications and professional memberships (e.g., RICS) are a plus
• Familiarity with industry software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
