Negotiate with contractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the estimation process. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field (civil engineering background preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation techniques, and tendering processes. Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with contractors.
