Role Overview – HR Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Gurgaon team. This role will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Track attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll inputs
• Organize employee engagement programs and events
• Handle employee queries, HR policy communication, and grievance resolution
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (Real estate sector experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with HR tools, MS Office, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
