Role Overview: As a Human Resources Executive at our company located in Gorakhpur, you will be responsible for managing recruitment and employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your role will also involve providing support in performance management, handling employee relations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance the work culture.
