Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and handling internal employee concerns
• Knowledge and ability to create and implement HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations, PF, ESIC.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively onsite and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance standards is an advantage
