Job Description

Graduate with good communication skills
Receive and review customer orders, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers to clarify any discrepancies or special requirements related to the orders.
Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Track the status of orders and provide updates to customers and the sales team as needed. 5. Prepare and issue invoices for completed orders, ensuring that pricing, discounts, and taxes are accurately reflected.
Use order management systems (CRM)or tools to track the progress of orders and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Manage the process of handling customer returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, following the dealership's policies and procedures.
