Education:

Graduate or MBA in HR

Job Profile:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

• Compensation & Benefits: Administering compensation plans, benefits programs, and payroll processes.

• Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws.

• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and generating reports on HR activities.

• Training & Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee professional development.

• Employee Engagement: Contributing to initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist: Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of HR functions.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures: Familiarity with general HR practices and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills: Ability to address employee issues and conflicts constructively.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems: Experience with HR software and databases.

Salary Slab:

Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
