Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Human Resources Executive. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, retention, and development of employees, administering and monitoring employee benefits programs, managing HR records and databases, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and managing employees' payroll & relations issues. This role is located in our Ahmedabad office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, retention, and development of employees
• Experience in administering and monitoring employee benefits programs
• Experience in managing HR records and databases
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
