This role is all about improving efficiency — from managing daily workflows and team coordination to ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Team & Operations Coordination Track ongoing projects and tasks; maintain checklists/dashboards in Notion. Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Schedule and organize internal meetings, circulate agendas, capture minutes, and follow through on action points. Identify bottlenecks and suggest ways to improve team efficiency. Coordinate with clients and assist in client communication as needed. Assist with social media activities and content coordination when required. 2. HR Support Maintain attendance and leave records.
