Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: West Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and timely responses to audience interactions (DMs, comments, queries).
Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and industry practices.
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Engage with influencers, collaborators, and online communities to grow brand presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, YouTube Adwords and Instagram Ads.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Strong writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
