Job Description

Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored for different social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and engagement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions.
Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
Build and nurture online communities to increase brand loyalty and awareness.
Handle customer queries and feedback via social platforms.
Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, etc.).
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders for brand promotions.
Support event promotions, product launches, and digital campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
