Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute PPC campaigns tailored to clients in diverse domains. - Handle and interact with clients end to end and be the face of the company. - Coordinate with the team to improve and increase visibility of clients through campaigns. - Monitor and improve performance metrics like cost per lead and cost per acquisition. - Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives. - Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance and ROI. Skills Required: - 3-6 Years of experience in Paid media/performance marketing. - Agency experience handling multiple clients is a must. - Good communication skills. - Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Proven ability to optimize campaigns for EdTech products. - Strong understanding of the student/parent buyer journey.

Skills Required: • Work autonomously to make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives. • Team leading experience is a must. • Knowledge of GWT, GITHub, and Bitbucket is a plus. • Knowledge of PHP Framework (Laravel, CodeIgnitor, CakePHP & Yii2, symfony) • Knowledge of PHP CMS (WordPress, Drupal) • Knowledge of cloud servers & AWS server. • Design client-side and server-side architecture. • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design. • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. • Write effective APIs (REST & SOAP Based). • Knowledge of Jira, asana is a plus. • Knowledge of GUI testing technologies and TDD, BDD techniques. • Experience with rich-client frameworks, such as Backbone, Angular, Ember, Knockout, NEST JS, NEXT JS, Node js. • Knowledge of software architecture and design best practices. • High emotional intelligence, ability, and inclination to train and coach. • Experience leading a small to the medium-sized team of software developers.
