Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processes for European Countries. Counsel students regarding course options, universities, admission processes, and visa documentation. Assist students in preparing and reviewing all visa documents, including financials, SOPs, and application forms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication. Follow up with students to ensure timely application submissions and visa interviews. Coordinate with universities, embassies, and consulates as needed. Maintain proper documentation and records for each student case. Work collaboratively with the admissions and marketing teams. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education/counseling background preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of student visa regulations and immigration processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Ahmedabad
