About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end HR operations
, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
Handle
HR documentation, policies, and compliance
with statutory requirements.
Maintain and update employee records and leave data in
Zoho People
.
Ensure timely processing of
attendance, salary inputs, and leave management
.
Coordinate and conduct
employee engagement activities and internal communication
.
Support
performance evaluation and appraisal processes
.
Manage
employee queries, grievances
, and provide HR support across departments.
Prepare and maintain
HR reports and MIS
as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
4–5 years of experience in
end-to-end HR operations
.
Strong working knowledge of
Zoho People (mandatory)
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

Work Mode:

Work from Office – Madhapur, Hyderabad
