Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tuticorin. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure the company's HR practices align with organizational goals. The role involves day-to-day HR management tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee performance assessments.
