Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tuticorin. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure the company's HR practices align with organizational goals. The role involves day-to-day HR management tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee performance assessments.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics and yard operations roles
• Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Employee Relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tuticorin
• Experience in the shipping and logistics industry is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in logistics, shipping, or industrial sectors)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
