🚀 We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) 📍 Location: Noida (Work From Office) 📄 Employment Type: Full-Time At Unacademy , we're on a mission to democratize education through technology and great educators. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and help shape a workplace where people love what they do. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day HR support Handle employee relations—help resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and timely way Assist with hiring activities like job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Help communicate HR policies clearly and support employees in understanding them Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, review cycles, and follow-ups Maintain and manage HR data using Excel or Google Sheets , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Track and analyze attrition trends , share insights with business leaders, and suggest retention strategies Prepare and present basic HR reports and dashboards for business and leadership teams Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to boost morale and job satisfaction Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support team needs and enhance overall employee experience What we’re looking for: ✔️ 2+ years of HR experience (preferably as an HRBP or generalist) ✔️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills ✔️ A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude ✔️ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment ✔️ Bonus if you come from a retail or startup background —we value fast-moving, people-focused experience! Core Skills for an HRBP Role 1. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Strong ability to listen, mediate, and resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness Skilled in handling grievances and sensitive employee matters 2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Clear, approachable communication style (both written and verbal) Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders across levels 3. Recruitment Support Experience with screening, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with TA teams Understanding of hiring needs in dynamic environments (e.g., sales/retail/startups) 4. HR Policy & Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures Ability to interpret and explain policies to employees 5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Experience in planning engagement activities and driving employee satisfaction Strong sense of team dynamics and organizational culture 6. Data-Driven Decision Making Ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement scores) Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets or basic HR dashboards 7. Adaptability & Agility Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or high-growth settings Can handle multiple priorities with flexibility 8.
