Unacademy is seeking a dynamic and visionary Content Head (Korean) to lead the development of our Korean language content. This role is pivotal in shaping the learning experience for our users, requiring someone with bilingual or native fluency in Korean and English, along with a deep understanding of language education. As the Content Head, you will drive content strategy, lead a talented team, and ensure the delivery of engaging, high-quality educational content designed for learners in the US market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, development, and execution of the Korean language curriculum. Lead and mentor a team of educators, ensuring alignment with educational goals and brand strategy. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to set content objectives and drive innovation in language learning experiences. Leverage data insights and learner feedback to continuously improve content quality, engagement, and effectiveness. Stay at the forefront of language education trends to implement best practices and cutting-edge teaching methodologies. Qualifications: Bilingual or native fluency in Korean and English is a must. Proven leadership experience in content strategy or curriculum development within the language learning sector. Expertise in developing educational content that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and team management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Korean, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
