Job Description

We seek a compassionate and efficient Academic Counselor to join our team at Unacademy. You will be responsible for guiding students of IIT-JEE, and NEET. This role involves supporting students through the admissions process, financial aid inquiries, scholarships, and other post-secondary education concerns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement destination-based office business plans. Utilize forecasting methodologies to deliver accurate, timely pipeline forecasts. Foster a strong sales and service culture within the organization. Counsel students for IIT-JEE | NEET programs by Unacademy Offline Centre. Monitor performance, report regularly, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. Design and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Familiarity with IIT-JEE and NEET programs. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 1-2 years of counseling experience, preferably in the education sector. Strong problem-solving and resolution skills. Experience in creating business plans and monitoring progress. Proven track record of achieving results. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. A strong ethical mindset, with integrity and dedication to the organizations mission
