About the role: We are looking for a full-stack HR Generalist who will work closely with the business leaders and employees to support and drive talent alignment, key people processes and initiatives. From performance management to engagement, Compensation & benefits, Job leveling & benchmarking, Learning & development, retention, and culture-building, you will act as a trusted advisor—using data-driven insights to shape high-impact HR solutions that fuel innovation and business growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Retention, & Culture Building: Work closely with leadership to sustain an empowering, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Design and implement retention strategies based on feedback and exit trends. Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives at the department level. Conduct strategic one-on-one discussions with employees to understand needs, improve morale, and provide support. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Design and drive employee engagement strategies based on pulse and annual survey feedback. Champion employee experience through transparent communication, recognition frameworks, and inclusion initiatives. Performance & Talent Management: Drive the performance appraisal process end-to-end with the business teams, ensuring timely goal setting, feedback cycles, and evaluations. Coach managers on effective performance conversations, development planning, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). Identify top talent and support talent review efforts. Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Support & structure annual salary reviews, market benchmarking exercises. Monitor C&B trends in the Indian & USA markets and suggest improvements to benefits offerings. Support job leveling and job architecture exercises, ensuring clear, consistent, and scalable role definitions. Learning & Development (L&D): Identify technical, functional and leadership development needs through engagement surveys, performance data, and stakeholder inputs. Collaborate with the L&D team to roll out learning interventions & bootcamps (e.g., manager capability, DEI training, behavioral programs). Monitor learning impact and recommend new learning formats such as mentoring, on-the-job learning, and self-paced modules. Drive a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and internal knowledge sharing. Change Management & Organizational Development: Lead HR components of organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring, Merger & Acquisitions and new business launches. Act as a trusted advisor during business pivots, culture shifts, and change interventions Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-to-large-scale organizations or fast-growth environments. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Demonstrated expertise in the following areas: performance management, compensation strategy, L&D, talent planning, employee relations, or organizational development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization. Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing HR processes.
