Description
You will be working as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) at SAEL Limited, a leading Indian renewable energy company focusing on solar power, waste-to-energy solutions, and solar module manufacturing. Your role will involve aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, serving as a consultant to management on human resource issues, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies supporting organizational goals. - Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. - Assist in resolving employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and policy compliance. - Analyze HR metrics to derive insights and develop action plans. - Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams for recruitment and career growth support. - Lead performance management and talent review processes. - Drive change management and organizational development efforts. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices. - Identify training needs and conduct learning sessions as required. - Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Minimum of 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years in an HRBP or generalist role. - Strong knowledge of HR functions like employee relations, talent management, compensation, and employment law. - Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in industries like Chemical Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor, FMCG, etc. - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
