Role Overview: You will be a Human Resources Business Partner based in Coimbatore, overseeing HR policies, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and performance management. Your role will involve daily interaction with employees and management, addressing HR queries, and providing strategic HR support for a positive work environment.
