Location: New Delhi Job Description A person having 11-13 years of experience in credit analysis, project finance, ratings domain preferably in renewable energy sector and shall be responsible for: Preparation of teasers, information memorandum, presentations and other materials for onward sharing with lenders and investors. Preparation of financial models to check the viability & feasibility of the projects by performing various scenario analyses. Review of legal documents leading to definitive agreements. Coordination between various transaction advisors viz technical, financial and legal for structuring the transaction, preparation of materials including TEV study reports, LLC reports/opinions for lenders and investors Getting ratings for the projects done, interactions with ratings agencies Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with the loan disbursement conditions. All aspects of an engagement – ascertaining issues, functional overview & analysis, identifying gaps, synthesizing project estimates to conclusions.
